There are many ways for a company to partner with the Scorpions in 2010. Whether you are looking to just get your name out on a one-time basis or leave a season-long impression on Scorpions fans and the Yuma community, we have the promotional opportunity for you.
Below are the most popular marketing opportunities the Scorpions have available. Many more options are available. Scorpions staff will work with you to find the right package for maximum exposure to our fans, and your future customers!
YUMA SCORPIONS 2010 PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Outfield Fence Sign
Full color 8’ x 16’ sign on the outfield wall. The sign will be seen by thousands of fans throughout the season and sometimes will appear in newspaper photos and TV highlights not to mention an outward expression of your support for Yuma professional baseball. The largest and best option for in-park continual exposure to all fans.
Concourse Sign
Full color 4’’ x 8’ sign along the concourse. The sign will be seen by fans as they enter the ballpark, visit the concession stand, and souvenir stand.
Tunnel Signs
Two 2X6 signs on the tunnels leading into the ball park. Fans view your message as they move about and leave the ballpark – great for after-game restaurant options!
Grandstand Signs
Two 4X8 signs that line the top of the grandstands. Fans see your logo coming in and out of the park. Signs are also visible to all who visit the Yuma Civic Center or the Ray Kroc baseball complex.
Pocket Schedule Panel
Your company will get an entire panel on 100,000 pocket schedules that will be distributed throughout Yuma County. The pocket schedule is the easiest way for fans to keep track of exactly when the Scorpions are playing. Many pocket schedules end up in homes for months at a time, providing continual exposure for your product.
On Field Promotions
Be the center of attention of all Scorpions fans between one inning of the game. Your company will have exclusive naming rights in your inning and can use the contest as a season long promotion. You can choose the game you want fans to participate in or have a Scorpions staff member help you come up with the best contest that fits your business. Your company provides the prizes.
School Angel
Your company picks any school, we provide that school with a ticket for every single student in that school to a Scorpions game. Your company name will appear on each ticket. A person of your choosing will receive a ceremonial first pitch opportunity, and 2 PA announcements during the game will be made advertising and thanking your company.
Company Buyout
Your company gets up to 1,000 tickets for your employees for one specific night. Your company name will appear on each ticket. A person of your choosing will receive a ceremonial first pitch opportunity, and 2 PA announcements during the game will be made advertising and thanking your company.
Program Ads
You can place an ad from a quarter page to full page size in the program that is sold to fans at every game. With special giveaways and coupons and great info the program is a popular item that fans keep long after the game is over.
Customer Marketing Partnership
The Scorpions marketing staff will work with you to design special giveaways, bouncebacks to drive fans to your locations, exciting promotions featuring your company, Scorpion activities at your business site to draw customers, and many more creative and fun ideas that can help your business prosper.
Baseball Cards
Two of your company’s logos will adorn out 2010 Scorpions baseball cards, one on each side of the player card. Our most popular item with fans, baseball cards are saved for years, keeping your logos in front of fans. This is an exclusive opportunity for one company.
One-day Company Displays
You’ll be given a prime spot in our main concourse to market your product to fans on one specific night of your choosing. You provide your display (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and we’ll get your name in front of fans! Discounts for multiple display nights.
You Want Tickets With That?
You can add tickets to any marketing package for $1 per seat (minimum blocks of 100 tickets). These can be for one night, a series of nights or to hand out as thank you gifts to your customers and employees all season long.
Pricing varies with the combination of marketing options you choose – the more exposure you want for your company, the less your investment per item!
